The first ever re-issue of one of Johnson's tracks, Which formerly Contents's. At the time, no white blues scholars knew what Johnson looked like and they had no photos of him. The liner note to King of the Delta Blues singers, talked about how Johnson was 17 or 18 when he made his recordings. How he was dead before he reached the 21st birthday, poisoned by a jealous girlfriend.
