Resuscitating Pancretitis
There's reasonable evidence that giving these folks too much fluid causes problems. Increased abdominal pressure is bad for the kidneys. There are some patients with severe pancretitis who i think they're just kind of doomed to develop renal failure. If you can just accept the fact that the patient has a t n, therkinesor nock and recover for a while, then the patient will often do betterly.
