Dennis Whitten said he had given it to his son because it was a family heirloom and had been in the family. Jerry Carter Carter said he put tires on Whitten's car for him about a month before Michelle went missing. He said he passed Barry while driving and Barry was driving while partially situated in both lanes. The only explanation for this is that he's trying to make people think he did it. So he framed himself. Boy, boy framed himself. I'm going to make them all think I did it. Fuck them.
