The Movie Is Not Endorsing Abortion
Josh parn: This movie has the what i call the clint eastwood issue, which is when things are so blunt and there's no nuance to the story telling. Because it doesn't ever really explore it in a meaningful way, it kind of seems like it is just saying, yes, the notion of abortion is immoral. I personally don't think the movie is actually saying that. And for people that do read it that way, i think it is a very valid reading to have. Regardless of intention, this has been the majority held opinion,. from what i can tell, of how people are interpreting what's in this movie.
