The Power of Pauses

You say you woke up from sleep and there was this space while you were awake, but your thoughts and feelings had not yet begun. The pauses that I'm talking about are just pauses in that stream of thinking and feeling That allows you to feel again that innate happiness that you felt first thing in the morning before your thoughts began. If you only do it for 10 seconds every now and then, if you did it once an hour for 10 seconds, it would have a profound effect on your day.
