In the last five to 10 years, there have been some pretty tremendous advances in our your knowledge of cosmology and physics. And that really sets the foundation for what I argue to be like the single truth. So one of the arguments I'm making the text is that we need to redefine our concept of self to more accurately represent the relationship between an individual and their circumstance and systems within a given moment. Because everything we do is in context, right? We live in a relational universe.
