Is There a Delusion That Leads to Violence?

There's a pretty common story that goes untreated mental illness between the ages of 17 and 20. A friend of mine who I interviewed a long time ago, we then became friends. Isa Ibrahim was untreated in Jamaica, Queens and at 18, he accidentally killed his mom. He had told me in an interview that I did for the Daily Beast that he just was under a delusion that she had been possessed by demons.
