Affirmative Action

In some fields, it's a huge percentage of market that you at least get a bidding advantage if you are a member of a minority group and own a company. But my estimate would be that less than 20% of minority contracts nowadays, or contracts where minorities get a preference, are going to african americans. That would include even people from africa and the cribian. You could say the same about lightskin, the i spanish and rond Americana woere considered white in their home countries, and come here in settling minorities. I'm really curious now, what percentage of these contracts actually go to afrikaans? Everyone knows that was primary purpose when they were established
