The Great Inflation Myth
Rep. Brenda Lawrence, R-Michigan, announced in January that she will not seek re-election this year. Lawrence has served Michigan's majority black 14th district for more than three decades. She says the GOP is focusing on inflation as a reason why wages are going up and jobs aren't being created. "I just drove by a fast food restaurant and sign said $1750 an hour to flip burgers," Lawrence says.
