With a divestiture, it's all about getting the work done right. The data room needs to as thorough as possible and as easy to use. If you're asking a buyer to bid a hundred thousand, a hundred million, a bill plus, you need to present that well. A teaser is a two to three page document that basically says, look at this asset. Look how great this asset is. How could you live another day without this asset? It tries to tease out othe potential buyers that may be interested in this particular asid or business. And ultimately, you're going to have to make all this come in legal agreements, exactly right? More you understand the better.
