The Ironman World Championship will have two days of racing in 2023. The decision was made to move the race from Hawaii to Europe because it is too expensive for North American athletes and they can't travel 12 time zones or take two weeks off work. "It's not news we wanted to hear, but it's the reality of being in the event business," says Tony Hohlfelder.
