Are There Limitations to Free Speech?

Rit: It takes a certain amount of time and space in order to truly understand someone with a very different experience. The social space, the public sphere, the public square, is just like twitter. You're not going to have the time and ability to actually make other people understand certain things due to their programming or experiences. So sometimes there has to be a discursive, discusal disruption, write in order to dislocate that moral universe and enable somebody to hear you in the first place.
