meditation is one of the best ways to be less stressed, sleep better and have more emotional control. I just think there's so many benefits just sitting and doing nothing and being present which is so needed nowadays when there's so much stimulation. Just sit down for 10 minutes a day just sit upright you can close your eyes if you want to or not and just kind of focus on the inward and outward of your breath That's how I started that's still what I do pretty much except I have my eyes actually open a little bit the way I do it.
