How Do I Sleep? Um Um Um I'm a Slow Eater
I'm currently sleeping inclined I've got mouth tape on so I'm forcing nasal breathing. Where I live now there's a lot more natural light exposure and I actually noticed it's really difficult to fall asleep before like 10 30 because it's just so bright. My cut off for me if I train after 7 p.m. is 11, that's the cut-off time when I can't sleep. And then also have to eat probably two meals after that gym workout which is hard since I am a slow eater. It's true my hiatus hernia is part of my yeah I actually have two stomachs I'm actually not human um this is fascinating.
