The Future of Credentialing

A lot of this is really meta in a way that you can't individually control so kind of on the wider level we need people who are willing to put their money where their mouth is. I think the tech field is probably like the the best version of this that exists right now it's still far from perfect but it's kind of the best thing if you already have a specific tech certifications. You're much more likely to filter out like horrific liberals who will destroy your company because they'll be the ones with the college degrees and the people who are less likely to have that stuff would be applying through alternative means.
