The Shelter Component of Inflation
Shelter is a big component of CPI, the most recent CPI numbers that were released for February showed that shelter prices are still fairly elevated. Many people have been looking for a drop in shelter prices because they look at rental prices and some kind of lagged price changes should feed through to lower shelter prices.
