I think neither the bank nor the city wants to own this office building and eventually will need to sell it. The resolution trust corporation experience from the 1980s is potentially a guide here back in those days. I expect e-commerce got sort of accelerated during COVID quite dramatically. That's slowing down a little bit now. If you look at the share of sales that are e-commerce, it's actually growing but at a much slower rate than in past years. A lot of real estate became very expensive. On the back of very strong rental growth, I don't think these rental growth rates are necessarily sustainable for the next few years.
