Do You Know What the Effect Size Is?
Most studies have been comparing butter with vegetable oil or a very high linalaic acid am oil. Those show improvement in insolent signalling measured in the highest quality whey we can so that links to resistance. And those tell us that replacing butter with er vegetable oil, linelaic acid is beneficial for those things. Now, to be clear, the effect size isn't huge. It's not like you go from having a fatty liver to having ero fat. But the direction of effect is consistent and this has been shown by independent groups.
