There's a provision in that requires that at least three % of the funds, or upwards of 25 million annually, be used for projects that expand public access. So instead of a 25 thousand acre plum creek holding some place that maybe by underland and water conservation punton may still be a great project, this also encourages the agency to look at maybe that half section in some place yo,. That may not be worth a whole out by itself, but it opens up ten thousand acres of national forest behind it. And so there's a different way of thinking, even within the agencys, that they look at this money and how it's going to get spent. Is not just big landscape
