The human body is unbelievable resilience. We can do lots of things on an individual basis. It's when we start to see that sort of progressive degeneration of feeling well of systems of biology that we say actually that needs correction. If I want to feel well, then I need the sum of negative impacts on my physiology to be outweighed by the sum of positive impacts on my physique.
