The Top Five Rules for Functionality and Fitness for a Lifetime

There's so much we can do proactively to prevent the typical degradation and increased risk of injury that many people see as they move on in age. We're training our brain, our nervous system and our musculature so that they're never going to be caught off guard. When I was playing football, we did static stretching. This is good. There's a place for all of this stuff. Now, don't skip the small stuff. And thus being able to have that movement capacity available when you need it.
