The Mungadi Is a Leader Development Tool
The mungadi is a leader academy where soldiers share hardship with each other. It's intended to be instructional in the context of a sheer hardship experience. In this case it was all my battalion commanders, anin the fourth infantry division. The purpose is to establish culture through purposeful shared hardship. And it's alliind against teaching critical skills.
