In Rome, it seemed that the patricians and the plebeians came to depend upon one another in a relationship that was more symbiotic than some of the other city states. But they'd never been treated with any regard by Rome, having no law to represent or protect them,. And so given that situation, the plebs decided one day to depart. The lower classes excluded from society simply leave.
