i read a book that is called the body keeps the score. And, ye, i canyo seem like that kind of statement or feeling in all these different kinds of disciplines. But it is even funny that we needed a book that sort of pointed out and that this is, you know, ground breaking. It's not all psychology, right? Like, all in your mind, right?
