Box Breathing Is Not Navy Seal Breath Hold Training
Box breathing is our practice of controlled breathing. And it's supersimple and it's safe. There's literally thousands of different patterns that will change your create a different effect in your psychona, physiology and what not. When when you breathe with it, we have the same duration of inhale, hold, exhale and hold. We can train our minds to become more concentrated, destressed or less aroused, and positive is very powerful. It's extremely p right there. Most people mistake visualization o meditation for meditation - which is practised by people who are working on their conscious mind. Whereas we're trying to move away from our mind and then to move into spiritual centredness
