When it comes to running a YouTube channel, there's a lot of decisions to make about running your own business. I hope this makes me grow to the point where I can bring on a chief executive officer part time at first and become the chief content officer while maintaining the majority control of my channel. If you feel like you're not good at business, my suggestion would be to find a manager or an agent and be okay with being a creator.
