The quest for general artificial intelligence is sadly probably going to be just as frankly poorly controlled and poorly thought out as the uberization of everything. You know now I think there's another question which is to ask is that such a problem or rather if it's a problem what's the alternative right? It may just be the case that technology whether it's AI or antibiotics or nuclear weapons or you know the printing press has always been disruptive and unpredictable. If at the end of the day you think that this like the printing press is on net good then you know maybe you just have to give up on the idea of ever trying frankly to control technology"
