Can you unpack more about this idea of people pleasing and why it give away your power? Yeah, I feel like it's it's common for us to try to support peaceful situations by just doing what we can to please the people around us. But in a lot of ways, if you let that become one of your major patterns, then you're just going to end up never doing the things that you're like, self love really wants you to do for yourself.
