Book Review - The Penderwicks
The Penderwick series by Jean Burdsall is one of Sarah's favorite books. Eliza and Jean, two hookers with hearts of gold living in Monterey, California during the gold rush are obsessed with Edgar Allan Poe. If you're a sensitive reader, I would just say skip the first chapter of book two. You are going to love this book.
