I think one of the things I love so much about your work is that anybody can do it. They just need to do it more. And the problem isn't that we're incapable. The problem is that we have been practicing essentially the opposite. It's very resonant for me that like we run around all day, we're like doing, doing, doing all day and then we just are like, oh, okay, go to sleep and then you're asleep. There's no time in our lives that we're just awake, but we're relaxed, but we feel really calm and present and happy. We need to cultivate that state more.
