Intermittent fasting is a 12 hour window where you don't eat after dinner and then have breakfast or protein before going to the gym. The literature doesn't support it in women but from the buzzwords of media we just call it normal eating right. Women need 30 to 40 grams of carbohydrate with that protein because there's this big fear of carbohydrates.
