Matt has always been pushing the boundaries of coffee science. He’s the Barista who popularised using the EK43 grinder for espresso, sieved coffee grinds for uniform particle size in the WBrC and designed his own tamper (amongst other things). It was epic to hear his take on the future of the industry - he’s a self proclaimed technooptimist!
