The Supply Chain of Seafood Is Designed to Move Perishable Products

Most fish that arrives at a grocery store has gone through a supply chain where it's changed hands seven times. And then, in some cases, frozen again and then de frosted - which can lead to mushy food. What we do is take fish at peak freshness and put it in a blast freezer with huge fans. Our products generally have a longer shelf life than the quasi fresh stuff that comes through main stream supply chains.
