Bruce, Bruce, Welcome to the Hoover Institution

Victor Navarrette: Bruce Scott Bing West is a colleague of mine at Cal State Fresno. He's been the chairman of the foreign language department, modern and classical languages. And then he's a member of the military history working group at the Hoover Institution. We're having him here because the whole controversy over January 6 was looked in isolation. What did you find out or what is different about the present status of this tension?Navarrette: I think it fits a way that we're seeing during the Trump administration vis-a-vis what has happened in Western societies in the past.
