Shouldn't There Be More Black Voting Districts?

Republican officials in Louisiana say they should only include certain people who identify themselves as black on census forms. This definition of blackness that they're pushing for leaves out Afro Latinos, it leaves out black people who also identify as Asian, Pacific Islander, American Indian, and or Alaska native. The lower court said this is straight for these voting maps are janky, get them out of here. But the Supreme Court said, actually, we want to have a look at this. Right.
