Tammy Peters and Steve Peters on AIDS

Reverend Steve Peters is an openly gay pastor with AIDS. He was only given I think six months to live when he first appeared on Things Fell Apart in 1985. After the interview, Tammy Faye sent him audio cassettes of her singing as a thank you for doing the interview. The following few months after the interviewSteve got very sick once again and went blind before recovering by eyesight from his illness.
