Body builders typically don't train their legs and like, the last at least five days of sometimes longer. It is a really common thing, especially in some of the untested ranks that are a little more traditional for carb loading. So it does make you wonder if they're progressively losing a little bit of like, body water, or, i should say, lower body muscle water overtime as they get closer to the competition.
