How to Keep Focused on What Matters

I don't have any goal setting or planning rituals outside of my weekly and daily ones. I find that if I'm being thoughtful day after day and week after week, the things that I want to do on longer term time scales they just kind of tend to work out for me. One of the things I've always struggled with is when you're thinking about really large time scales. It's just never something that has resonated with me.
