The Ski Club's Game Plan
I had a three-pronged strategy at the time and one was repair and rehabilitate. There were a number of foreclosures and messy situations within the club related to the former owners so we spent the first few years doing nothing but cleaning that up. The second phase was product creation basically. Once we had a club on steady footing, operating at a break even basis and then property values just exploded in the marketplace and we were able to start generating significant cash returns. I think we've returned four and a half times, of invested capital from the initial capitalization.
