I'm gonna be the largest LP in my fund. Nobody will out invest me in my own fund, I believe in it so much. If you ever invest as much as I invest, you get to become me for a week. You meet Tony Robbins, you meet Dean Grazios, you go do the things that I do. That's how much I believe in our fund is that I'm our largest LP. And with quality seller finance deals, of course, you're going to have a great return. The biggest education I got was actually for being an investor with PACE's fund. Yeah, it's just different.
