Amanda Knox's identity has been usurped by lots of actors out in the world. Many of us feel that way, like who claims Maya, right? Who gets to define who I am and what I've done? My ongoing curse is continuing to be defined in the greater, you know, human awareness by a crime that I didn't commit as opposed to all of the things that I have done. She says she feels "weirdly better" for her experience than if she hadn't gone through it.
