The Importance of Feedback in Product Development

I think one of the hardest things for me is oftentimes when you're trying to do a pivot, you also need to not just pivot the team, but sometimes you need to change the team. I would sort of separate criticism into two buckets. Criticism that's sort of intended in Mark has talked about this to us and what I think has been highly criticized, just gets a lot of feedback. We love feedback, but there's feedback given in good faith and feedback that's given sort of in bad faith.
