I Think It's Critical to Look at Russian State Involvement in the Staring Conflict in Ukraine
i think what's really critical to look at here is now that this sort of taboo or red line about looking at russian state involvement has essentially been broken when it comes to now they're definitely being investigated in the situation of ukraine. I think there might be some new energy into looking at am hopefully you know, getting a pre trial examination opened along these lines. The last thing i'll say is that where the promise really has moved forward in terms of justice, not in any like large degree, but at least a provided some hope, is really with prosecutions happening in national courts under principles of universal jurisdiction. But there is a long way to go.
