The Antisyloon League was the most powerful. They didn't care about your political affiliation. All they cared about was that you supported prohibition in public. The Ku Klux Klan saw themselves as Christian and enforcers of moral, upright America. And so at that time, prohibition came under their self-proclaimed right to kill anybody who didn't do what they told them.
