How to Deal With a Ghost Hunter

This week we're doing a series of letters from our guests. The first letter comes from someone called pickdame, who lives in a supposedly haunted hotel. She writes that her family have heard stories about a ghost called Mildred. Her activity is said to be centered around room 11 and she pushes glasses off high shelves if she doesn't approve of you. We've had ghost hunters walk in with their equipment because that's just a thing around here apparently anyway.
