The author of a new cosmogony entertains the idea that creation might be an on going thing. The universe is 13 billion years old, and it is abounding in planets like ours. But whereare the mega structures? Ere are the sophisticated forms of communication, the spaceships and blubbba. In what could you up to in a few billion years, perhaps, if we were such an advanced civilization? We can't imagine it, but it's reasonable to imagine that at a certain point, the technical mastery of such a civilization would go well beyond mere instrumentality.
