The Power Imbalance in the Tipped Industry
There's only 13 states that have done away with the subminimum wage. And so you realize that there's all of these other places in the country that are still really messed up and that we have a long way to go for tip workers. I think that the professionals who work in this industry have the ability to change the industry from within It may start with them controlling what they can control within their own finances But eventually once you have that then the power imbalance changes a lot.
