The Importance of Self Esteem
"I've just like everything I've done in my life has gotten crazy compulsive about," he says. "When your daughter was born eight months ago, that's one of the reasons I'm free have and I'm trying to try to get that in order." He will be taking part in a year-long program at his church called The Church Of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (LDS) where he'll work on improving his self esteem by working out with other people who suffer from depression or low self esteem.
