Africa is bigger than North America, Europe, China and India put together. Yet it seems to me that in contrast to other resource-rich areas, let's say like Saudi Arabia, the more Africa makes its resources available, the poorer it seems to become. You've linked language and resources explicitly; securing African languages should be part of a whole vision of Africans securing our resources. The moment we lost our languages was also the moment we lostOur bodies, our gold, diamonds, copper, coffee, tea. We accepted or made to accept that we could not do things with our languages when we were colonized.
