How to Find Local Guides for Your Destinations
We always use local guides in each of our destinations. So at this point now, we have about 160 guides total across our company. And I think when I look back at that one 60, it can all be connected to probably about seven or eight people. We entrust our local leaders in each of the destinations to help us to build that team and to define those guides. They're going to be somebody that's generally from that, that town or they've moved there for a while. How do you find them?
